Forensic / Expert Testimony

• Forensic Testing / File Review / Report Preparation / Consultation: $695.00 per hour

• Expert Testimony / Depositions / Trial Preparation: $795.00 per hour

• Travel: $300.00 per hour

Payment & Policy Information

A retainer is required for all legal, forensic, expert testimony, and trial preparationservices. The retainer amount is based on an estimate of the services to be provided and the time required.

Cancellation Policy – Legal Services

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of any expert testimony, forensic testing, deposition, or scheduled appearance.
